Paul Dowthwaite has achieved a rare clean sweep at the Isle of Wight Jack Skeel Monochrome Print Trophy 2026, taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in a standout performance.
The Isle of Wight-based photographer impressed judges with a trio of striking monochrome prints, securing all top positions in the prestigious annual competition.
Dowthwaite, a member of the Isle of Wight Photographic Society (IWPS), stood out among entrants from camera clubs across the Isle of Wight.
The event was organised by the Isle of Wight Photography Forum and is open to members of any photographic or camera club on the Isle of Wight.
His winning entries were:
- 1st place: Echoes of the Loom
- 2nd place: Piercing Gaze
- 3rd place: Untamed Spirit
