UPDATED: 2 paddle boarders in difficulty are being rescued by Freshwater Lifeboat this afternoon (Sunday).
Freshwater Independent Lifeboat’s inshore Lifeboat has launched to the aid of the duo in Freshwater Bay.
They are expected to be brought ashore at the boathouse shortly.
UPDATE @ 17:34 – The 2 paddle boarders are now safely back on dry land.
Coastguard Officers from the Needles Coastguard Rescue Team have checked them over and given them the all clear.
