Firefighters have extinguished a small fire in the kitchen of a property in East Cowes this evening (Thursday).
2 appliances from East Cowes and Newport were mobilised to an address on Osborne Road at just before 20:10.
The first crews in attendance discovered a fire within the oven, which was quickly brought under control.
Crews removed the oven and surrounding unit from the property before returning to station.
