The IW Met Service are warning of possible minor flooding in areas across the Isle of Wight from tomorrow morning (Thursday) until late Saturday afternoon.
Large spring tides over the next few days, combined with a small storm surge and strong winds, will give elevated sea levels which may cause some minor breaching of coastal defences in the usual prone locations.
Forecasters say that large waves are also very likely which may over-top some of the sea walls along Eastern and Southern parts of the Island.
A weather warning is in force from 09:00 tomorrow morning until 16:00 on Saturday.
