The Met Office has issued a warning about strong winds sweeping across the South of England – including the Isle of Wight – on Sunday morning.
Gusts of up to 60mph are expected in places and up to 70mph at times in the most exposed coastal locations.
The yellow wind warning has been issued to cover the period from 04:00 until 19:00, although the strongest winds are expected to only last the morning.
Loss of power and other services is possible, as well as some delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges.
It is likely that some coastal routes, sea front and coastal communities could be affected by spray and/or large waves.
