A medical emergency at the Morrisons roundabout in Lake is causing significant delays during rush-hour this evening (Wednesday)
The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service and Police are in attendance at the scene.
A spokesperson for Hampshire & Isle of Wight constabulary has said:
“We are currently assisting ambulance with a medical emergency in Lake, outside Morrisons. There is heavy traffic congestion at present whilst emergency services deal. Thank you for your patience. “
UPDATE @ 17:47 – The road has been closed in both directions.
