Isle of Wight man Taliesin Cornelius Tallack will appear before Magistrates next month after damage was caused to a car and a war memorial in Ventnor earlier this week.
It was on Tuesday evening that damage was caused to a parked vehicle on Ventnor’s Park Avenue. Damage was also caused to a planter at the town’s war memorial at Ventnor Park
Police were called to the scene and swiftly arrested Tallack – of Woolverton Road in St Lawrence – on suspicion of criminal damage.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary have since confirmed that the 29-year-old has been bailed to attend the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court on Tuesday 3rd June.
