I take it when these applications are agreed and the works
are completed planning will issue the owners with new
Council Tax Bands.
Somehow I don’t think they will.
The amount of road closures, house building in Bembridge is shocking, only 9 houses have actually been built out of another 187 yet the disruption is phenomenal, nobody have actually bought these houses yet as locals know it as Steyne Marina !!!!!
Bembridge is one big builders yard, worse
place to live on the island.
