Wightlink have cancelled a number of sailings on their Ryde Pier Head to Portsmouth service this evening (Wednesday).
Due to a technical issue with an essential piece of equipment, the 17:40 and 18:45 from Portsmouth Harbour and the 18:10 and 19:15 from Ryde Pier Head have been cancelled.
It was only this morning that Island Echo reported on the introduction of a temporary timetable for the busy route.
The operator apologises for any changes to your travel plans.
