Esplanade in Cowes has been recognised as one of the top Volkswagen Dealerships in the country for 2021, winning awards for 4th Best Volkswagen Dealership and 3rd Best Aftersales Department in the UK.
During a recent virtual ceremony, Volkswagen announced the top retailers of the One Business Awards which is coveted by around 250 dealerships nationwide. The awards take into consideration and measure many areas of a dealership’s business including customer satisfaction, new and used cars sales, workshop hours and sales of parts.
Speaking about the 3rd place award for his department, Aftersales Manager Matt Williams has said:
“Our Esplanade Aftersales team which comprises of Service Advisors, Parts advisors, Valeters and Technicians are true advocates for the Volkswagen brand and always focus on performance whilst delivering outstanding customer service. I am extremely proud of my colleagues’ achievements and look forward to going even further in 2022”.

Gosh what a load of corporate management nonsense/puff they speak
Never see anyone shopping there.. All the money to put it there and they couldn’t even provide staff parking so they all use aldi car park… Which is fine until the store is busy and shoppers have nowhere to park. Your whole shop is one big forecourt… Treat your staff better!
I would sooner deal with Leslies Motors at Northwood they really know what customer service is. Chalk and Cheese comes to mind.
