UPDATED: Emergency services are attending what is thought to be a 2-car collision on The Avenue, Freshwater this afternoon (Thursday).
Police have closed the road between Colwell Road and Princes Road following the incident, which took place at around 14:30.
Paramedics from the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service are in attendance.
Motorists are being diverted locally.
UPDATE – The vehicles have been recovered by Stag Lane Motors and the road has now reopened.
No one is thought to have been seriously injured.
