Firefighters from Ryde and East Cowes have tackled a chimney fire at a property on West Street tonight (Tuesday).
Crews were called to the scene in the middle of Ryde Town, close to the junction with Garfield Road, at around 20:00.
Chimney rods, tools and a hose reel have all been used to extinguish the wood burner-fueled fire.
Both crews left the scene at just before 22:00.
