Several homes and businesses in Newport have been left without water due to a burst water main this afternoon (Friday).
Residents have reported that water pressures have dropped and in some places water has been lost altogether.
The Hunnyhill and Parkhurst areas have predominantly been affected.
Southern Water is aware of the burst and contractors are currently working to restore supplies as fast as possible.
Water should be restored later on today.
Southern Water SHOULD be aware of it as they caused it!!!!!!
