It sounds like the creep that was tailgating me around 2.10pm on Sunday the 15th, he was in a rage and when I stopped on Brook Road in Shanklin to allow a car to pass coming from the opposite direction he was not pleased…
I thought he was going to attack me and simply said I was a wirdo and I wasn’t fooling anyone, I’ve no idea to what he meant, however, he got into his black Nissan 4×4 and screaming his engine, spinning the wheels directly towards me…I definitely had to jump out of the way, because he would have hit me without doubt…
We have a lot of nasty people on the island now, sad but true, I only got part of his registration and that was GB06 or it could have been BG06…
Thank you for contributing nothing 🙂

What a load of BS that you spout….!.
It’s sad that IE that reports incidents on the island before any other media, have so many ignorant, nasty comments on the forum that seem to come from very angry people that have many angry issues….
The island was once known for it welcoming attitude, all that has gone now…
Youl find people are less vocal when they are face to face and can’t hide behind a screen
So from the description of this bloke in article, “A 49-year-old man”, you know it was the guy you wound up on the road?
He was right in in one respect, though you are a “wirdo” (sic).
Firstly I didn’t say it WAS this man, second, I did nothing to wind him up at all, because I did nothing wrong. And thirdly, you have no idea who I am and we have never met each other….So, for you to call me a (sic) “wirdo” why have you come too that conclusion???.
As I have said, there’s some nasty people on this island and you are one of them…
We have all suffered road rage attacks at sometime, so why are the victims considered to be sick weirdo’s???
Good old Isle of Shite again
I told you it’s the only way to get a police response is to say a gun is involved
Insulting the most kind, honest, shy, genteel and respectful race is another
called at 13:31 to a report of a man acting suspiciously at an address in Union Street.
Huh- at least half of all the flats in union street are occupied by those concerned in the consumption of cannabis and acting suspiciously is par for the course.
