Wiggle Tots, a new activity class for young children aged 0-4, is launching in Ryde at the start of March.
It is hoped that classes will encourage socialisation among children and their parents using a variety of activities and props.
Sessions will include music and craft classes with a different craft each week; kids will have instruments, puppets, bubbles and lots more.
Designed for children aged 0-4, there will be 2 classes – 10:00 to 10:45 and 11:15 to 12:00, both of which will be held at All Saints Church in the town.
The first Wiggle Tots session will be held on Saturday 4th March and then every Saturday thereafter. For those attending, the first session is free.
Louise Jolliffe of Wiggletots has said:
“Having worked in childcare for many years, when I became a proud mum to baby Ellie I struggled to find engaging, affordable and sociable activities for her and I to do in those vital early months.
“With an understanding of the importance for both parent and baby to get out and develop, I, therefore, decided to launch Wiggle Tots. In a fun, informal setting the class combines some of my great passions – children’s development, crafts and music – to provide a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for all.”
