A Ryde Outreach Wessex Cancer Support Centre is to open in Ryde Library in September.
The Outreach Centre will be available to anyone who is or has been affected by cancer, to offer advice, support and information.
Complementary therapies will also be available as well as a writing therapy group. The centre is intended for those unable to make the journey to Newport.
The 1st meeting will be held on 7th September. Further meetings will be held on the 1st Thursday of the month (when the library is closed to the public).
