A Citroen Berlingo has crashed onto its side, causing delays on a main road in Brading this morning (Monday).
The incident has seen a red Berlingo – travelling towards The Downs – crash, coming to rest on its side at the junction with Brading Down Road and Bully’s Hill.
It is thought the incident occurred at around 09:15.
A single ambulance has been dispatched to the scene, but Island Echo understands that no serious injuries have been sustained, with the occupants of the vehicle able to remove themselves from the wreckage.
The road remains open, albeit under give and take, with it expected to be closed for a time when recovery takes place. Police aren’t yet on scene.
Motorists are urged to drive past the crash with caution due to the large amount of smashed glass in the road.
