Wightlink has announced that it will be improving the customer areas and toilets at both its Yarmouth and Lymington terminals. Works at Lymington will start on Monday (8th January) and will continue until the end of March, whilst works at Yarmouth – which also get underway on Monday – will be completed by 9th February. Customer Service Points will move to a temporary location for the duration of the works and will be unable to print tickets. However, it’s said that staff will be on hand to assist customers when needed. Temporary toilets will be available and the retail outlets will remain open as usual. Wightlink apologises in advance for any inconvenience cause.
