Caring Cancer Trust’s Stopcancer charity shop in Ryde has raised funds to present a bundle of toys and a cash cheque to the Children’s Ward at St Mary’s Hospital, just in time for Christmas. Amy MacWatt, Manager of the Stopcancer charity shop, presented a cheque for £750 on Wednesday. A bundle of brand new toys to the value of £250 were also handed over to Dionne, Play Specialist at the Children’s Ward.
