Madonna, The Spice Girls, Abba and Elvis were just some of the stars at the St Catherine’s Popstars themed Summer Fair. The event raised a fantastic £1,700, which will help the school, which supports students with speech, language and communications needs, to buy equipment or provide opportunities for its students. Tanya Smith from St Catherine’s said: “A huge thank you to everyone who came and supported us. Staff and students welcomed everyone for an action-packed afternoon. The sun was shining and the staff and students made a great effort with their popstar fancy dress costumes”.
