The Island’s very own powerhouse, Frank Schlepp – also known as the ‘Hungarian Hulk – has successfully qualified for the prestigious 2025 English Bench Press Championship.
Frank, Ferenc Schlepp’ secured his spot by earning a silver medal at the South East Bench 2024 competition, held in Gillingham on 22nd September, coinciding with this year’s autumn equinox.
In an intense field of competitors, Frank’s dedication to his training and preparation paid off with his performance earning him the qualifying result needed to enter the upcoming 2025 championship, a major milestone in his ongoing journey to the top.
This achievement marks not only a personal victory but also a testament to his hard work, as he returned home with an even stronger result than in previous competitions.
