TRAFFIC is being diverted via Noke Common this evening followed a crash on the main Newport-Cowes road, causing long tailbacks in the area.
The collision has occurred outside the Royal County Show Ground on the outskirts of Cowes.
Emergency services are currently on scene and are diverting traffic.
On the other side of Newport, temporary traffic lights at Staplers Road are causing delays exiting the town.
