PRE-CHRISTMAS BURGLARY IN NEWPORT BEING INVESTIGATED BY POLICE

Police are probing a pre-Christmas burglary in Newport during which a house was broken into. Shortly before 03:00 on Tuesday 19th December, a property on Carisbrooke Road in Newport was broken into by a person – or persons – unknown. A bank card and £40 in cash were taken.
