2 popular classes are returning to Wessex Cancer Trust’s Isle of Wight Cancer Support Centre following the Summer break.
The charity’s group exercise, KARM (Keep Calm Relax More), has a relaxed Tai Chi-based theme and is suitable for anyone as it can be done sitting or standing. It restarts on Thursday 8th September between 14:00-15:00.
Also returning this month is the Sing For Life singing group, which holds its first session back on Monday 12th September between 14:30 and 16:00. The group gives anyone affected by cancer the opportunity to come together, relax and have fun, with no pressure to perform.
You can find the Support Centre at 21 Lugley Street, Newport. The team supports anyone affected by cancer.

Can anyone tell me why there isn’t a cancer race for life or Alzheimer’s memory walk here any more? Why are we forgotten here on the Island? There’s plenty of sufferers aren’t there!
Bring it back as there’d be so many people willing to do it I’m sure
