Police say they are continuing to work to identify a fisherman who is being treated as a key witness in the search for missing Matthew Doyle.
Last week an appeal was launched to ascertain the identities of 4 fisherman who are thought to have seen 40-year-old Matthew Doyle on Yarmouth Pier during the early hours of Tuesday 26th May.
Although 3 of the fisherman have now been spoken to by officers, the 4th individual is yet to be identified.
Hampshire Constabulary say they are treating this man (pictured left) as a key witness and would like to speak to him. If this is you, or you know who this man is, you are urged to get in touch with Police on 101, quoting 44200187527.
The last reported sighting of Matthew was on Monday 25th May and he was last spoken to by telephone later that evening. It is believed that he attended Broadway Stores, Totland, at around 19:20 that evening.
A bag of Matthew’s belongings was later located on Yarmouth Pier on 26th May.
Matthew is described as black, 5ft 6ins tall, with short black hair.
