Police are appealing for witnesses following the assualt of a man in his late 30’s on Culver Parade, Sandown yesterday (Thursday).
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary have confirmed that they are appealing for witnesses after a 39-year-old man was assaulted and suffered minor injuries to his face.
The incident took place on Culver Parade, Sandown, at around 16:45, where a 45-year-old woman from Portsmouth was later arrested on suspicion of assault. She has since been bailed until 24th August whilst enquiries continue.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dashcam or doorbell camera footage which could aid their investigation to contact them.
