Osborne Golf Club has claimed victory in the 2025 IWLGA Foursomes League following a dramatic final day that saw 5 teams in contention and the title decided on the 18th hole of the last match.
A total of 7 clubs from across the Isle of Wight took part in the 6-week-long interclub match play competition.
The closely contested series saw Osborne secure the top spot with 16 points. Hot on their heels was Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club, who finished as runners-up with 15 points.
The IWLGA Foursomes League Shield was presented to the Osborne team by President Maggie Ankers, who also awarded the runner-up shield to Shanklin and Sandown.
