Police closed part of Caesars Road in Newport this morning (Tuesday) following a collision involving a car and a parked van.
Officers were called at 09:58 after reports that a vehicle had crashed into a parked vehicle along the narrow road.
The incident led to closures at the junction with Drill Hall Road and at Victoria Recreation Ground Road while Police dealt with the situation.
A red Suzuki Celerio had collided with a white Vauxhall Vivaro.
No injuries were reported.
