34-year-old Reece Chilcott has pleaded guilty to 2 pharmacy burglaries committed in Newport earlier this week (Tuesday).
Chilcott, of no fixed abode, appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court earlier today (Friday) charged with 2 counts of burglary other than dwelling.
On 16th September, he targeted both Day Lewis Pharmacy on High Street and Newport Health Centre on Carisbrooke High Street.
Magistrates opted to remand Chilcott in custody to appear at Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on Friday 10th October 2025.
The 34-year-old previously admitted a further offence of burglary other than dwelling at Day Lewis Pharmacy on Thursday 11th September.
Amazingly, Chilcott was due before the courts in relation to that case, on the day of his most recent offending, but failed to turn up.
