Orchard House Care Home hosted a heart-warming celebration in honour of National Alzheimer’s Cupcake Day.
The event, held on Wednesday (16th August), brought together residents and staff for a day of joy and connection.
The highlight of the day was a lively cupcake quiz that engaged participants and brought smiles all around. Residents showcased their knowledge and enjoyed friendly competition, fostering a sense of community. Attendees relished the sweet treats while sipping on freshly brewed coffee and tea, creating an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness.
Adding to the event’s charm, Orchard House also hosted Auntie G Storytime in their cozy library. Residents and visitors gathered to enjoy stories that ignited imagination and provided a moment of shared nostalgia. The library became a hub of emotions, stories, and cherished memories.
