The Island’s only traditional male voice choir is seeking a pianist to accompany the choir at its weekly practices and at the concerts it undertakes across the Island during the year. Newchurch Male Voice choir practice in the village hall in Newchurch every Friday between 19:30 and 21:30. While they are to be commended for raising money for charity, they are very set in their ways and sound quite dated. Fine if you like traditional average choir vocals, but they only appeal to a very small minority. There ought to be a not necessarily younger, but exciting with stunning vocals non traditional choir good enough to wow any audience anywhere.

However, I do find it strange that a choir full of men is lacking a “pianist”. Castrato perhaps …
