The Island Tea & Coffee Co has launched Wight Isle Coastal Blend Tea, a new exclusive tea created on the Isle of Wight.
Approved by the company’s Master Blender, the blend is presented in distinctive packaging inspired by the Isle of Wight Flag, celebrating the company’s Island roots and coastal heritage.
Expertly crafted to deliver a smooth, well‑balanced cup, Wight Isle Coastal Blend Tea combines strength, brightness and a clean, refreshing finish, making it perfectly suited to any time of day.
Carefully hand‑packed on the Isle of Wight, the tea offers consistent quality and freshness in every bag. The blend has been created exclusively for The Island Tea & Coffee Co, reflecting Island craftsmanship and an emphasis on great everyday taste.
Jon Carter, Managing Director of The Island Tea & Coffee Co, commented:
“We’ve spent a long time getting this tea just right, like we did with our coffee.
We focused on teas with long histories of traditional use and brought them together in a way that tastes as good as it feels. It’s smooth, full of flavour, and designed to be enjoyed whether it’s your first cup of the day or your fifth.
“It fits perfectly with what we do here on the Isle of Wight, and we’re really excited to finally share it.”
Wight Isle Coastal Blend is offered in 3 pack sizes – from 20‑teabag retail packs and 160‑teabag packs to large 2,200‑teabag bulk catering packs.

Sounds great, cannot wait to try it, should make the
perfect cuppa.
Which retailers on the Island sell this tea?
How much. ? Can we mere working class workers afford it . Usually local produce is too expensive which is a pity as I’d like to support local more
Good point. I only buy local when on offer.
Well they are selling via their website 15 Breakfast Blend tea bags for £5.50, or if you would like them in a posh caddy, 15 bags will set you back £7.75.
Personally, I support that lovely old St Lawrence gentleman Sam Twinings English Breakfast tea, which costs me £3.00 for EIGHTY tea bags.
Hmmm? £5.50 for 15 or £3.00 for 80? You do the math.
