Police searching for missing 69-year-old Ashley Christie, from Southampton, believe he may well have travelled to Ventnor as he has ties to the Isle of Wight.
Ashley was last seen on the other side of the Solent on Thursday 18th August, with officers from Hampshire Constabulary conducting enquiries since.
Numerous calls from members of the public have given rise to new leads.
The photo above (left) was taken on Friday (19th August) and shows Ashley in Cobbett Road, Bitterne.
Ashley is described as white, clean shaven with a shaved head, around 5ft 8in tall and of medium to large build.
