Mindset Bros has announced the launch of its sixth weekly Walk & Talk, continuing its mission to support men’s mental health across the Isle of Wight.
The new session will take place every Wednesday evening at 19:00, meeting at Howdens on Manners View in Newport – running for approximately 1 hour.
The walk will be led by Gaz and Ant, who are committed to creating a safe, supportive space for men to connect, talk, and take positive steps forward.
This latest addition marks another significant milestone for Mindset Bros, which now delivers a total of 6 weekly community walks across the Island. The sessions are designed to be informal, inclusive, and accessible to all men – no matter where they are in their journey.
Ross Taylor, Founder of Mindset Bros, has said:
“We’re incredibly proud to be launching our sixth Walk & Talk. What started as a simple idea has grown into something truly special for our community. These walks are about more than just getting fresh air—they’re about connection, support, and reminding men that they’re not alone.”
The Wednesday evening walk provides an additional opportunity for those who may not be able to attend early morning or weekend sessions, further expanding access to vital peer support.
Mindset Bros continues to see growing engagement across its initiatives, including weekly Walk & Talks, one-to-one support, and monthly meet-ups, helping to break the stigma around men’s mental health and encourage open conversations.
All men are welcome to attend, with no booking required – simply turn up, take a step forward, and be part of the community.
