A man has been arrested by Police on drugs and public order offences following an incident in Ventnor this lunchtime (Tuesday).
Police were called to an address at St Boniface Road in the seaside town at around midday, with more units requested to attend around 20 minutes later.
According to sources, officers with riot shields were seen at the incident near to the tennis courts.
1 male has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, public order offences and drugs offences. He has been taken to Newport Police Station for questioning.
