35-year-old Liam Estridge has been charged with drugs supply offences following the execution of a drugs warrant in Rookley earlier this month.
As first reported by Island Echo, on Thursday 12th September officers conducted a drugs warrant at an address in Harts Lane, during which a large quantity of suspected Class A & B drugs were seized, along with some cash and drugs paraphernalia.
The following day, a 24-year-old woman from Shanklin was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to supply cocaine, possession of cannabis, and possession of criminal property. She was subsequently bailed with conditions until 13th December.
On Saturday 21st September, 35-year-old Liam Estridge, of Harts Lane in Rookley, was arrested and has subsequently been charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply, possession of cannabis with intent to supply, possession of criminal property, and driving without insurance.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Monday 23rd September.
At the hearing, he was further remanded into custody to appear at Newport Crown Court on Friday 1st November 2024.
