Wessex Cancer Trust is looking for 25 daredevils to take to the sky this Summer and drop 10,000ft to raise money for Islanders affected by cancer.
The charity has teamed up with Skydive IOW and Sandown Airport to offer an experience-of-a-lifetime tandem skydive on Wednesday 9th August.
No training is required – you just need a sense of adventure and nerves of steel.
You’ll be given a full safety briefing before going up in the plane. Once in the skies above the Isle of Wight you will jump, freefalling for 30 seconds before your parachute opens and you enjoy a 5 minute flight across the Isle of Wight.
There’s a registration fee of £50 and you’ll need to raise sponsorship of £550. All skydivers will receive a t-shirt.
