Police are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself on a residential road in Gurnard on Sunday evening.
At around 19:20 on 17th August, a 62-year-old woman in a vehicle saw a man exposing himself in the street. The man did not speak to the woman, no physical contact was made, and she was not hurt.
Police are now releasing an image of a man who they believe was in the area at the time. He is described as:
- White.
- Average height.
- Medium build.
- Grey hair.
- He was wearing a dark coloured baseball cap, a light blue t-shirt, dark coloured top, Adidas trainers.
- He had a tattoo on the top of his right arm.
A Police spokesperson has said:
“Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team are carrying out regular patrols. We are trying to establish whether this report is linked to our investigation into an exposure incident, that we have previously issued an appeal for, on Sunday 4th May at Cowes recreation park on Park Road

Hmm how come this sounds like some crabby woman who complains about everything and probably made calls to the police about sticks being bombs that we have seen articles on…..just saying maybe it’s worth checking credibility before doing a global alert looking for someone that was drunk taking a wee on a bush

the bloke in the picture may be totally unconnected with the ‘incident’ but now people like ‘Mo’ will be out looking for him…
