Island business W Hurst & Son is selling special limited edition buckets with a quarter of the proceeds going to Mountbatten.
Buckets can be purchased for £2 at any of the x 6 Hurst & Son branches on the Island.
50p of the purchase price will go straight to Mountbatten.
The buckets sport the traditional and iconic yellow of Mountbatten.
A spokesperson from Mountbatten said:
“We are so grateful for the support from our local community. It’s kindness like this from businesses that really can make a big difference.”

Well done Hurst such a good cause.
Buy an orange bucket from B&Q or a green bucket from Halfords for a £1 and donate £1 to the hospice instead.
Support your “local” shop, not the multi nationals. Just think if you lose all the local shops you will be moaning about the price of B&Qs and Halfords stuff all day long, and of course lack of choice and most importantly real customer service. “Try Hurst First” and not the “Wurst”
