Penny Adams won Powder Brow Artist of the Year and Hair Stroke Artist of the Year, came 2nd in Overall Artist of the Year and Combination Artist, and 3rd in Lip Artist; Chloe Guy secured 3rd place in the under-2-years category for Powder Brow Artist of the Year.
Gemma Bowers of Gems’s Ink has said:
“What an amazing weekend we had at the Permanent make-up festival and awards!
“We were so honoured to be asked to speak at this incredible event to raise awareness about our charity Tata donations and also do a demonstration of our areola tattooing. I was also asked to judge the eyeliner category.
“Absolutely thrilled that both of my apprentices placed in the awards. Penny won powder brow artist of the year and hair stroke artist of the year; she also came 2nd in overall artist of the year, 2nd place in combination artist and 3rd in lip artist of the year. Chloe got 3rd place in the under 2 years category for powder brow artist of the year.
“I’m absolutely blown away and so so proud of them both.”
