Firefighters are tackling a garden fire at a property in Ryde this afternoon (Saturday).
1 appliance has travelled the short distance from the station to Great Preston Road, where a heap of compost and garden times have caught alight.
A hose reel is being used to dowse the area with a thermal imaging camera confirming any hotspots.
The pump is pulling from a nearby hydrant.
Southern Vectis Route 2 buses are currently unable to follow a normal route via Harding Road and are therefore diverting via the Route 3 course.
