The Vectis Historic Vehicle Club presented a cheque donation of £1,500 to Ability Dogs 4 Young People (AD4YP) earlier this week.
The monies were raised during the club’s open day which was held at Arreton Barnes on 16th July.
Members of the club handed over a cheque to AD4YP’s CEO, Carol Court, on Wednesday (16th August).
Peter Hodgson, Club President, has said:
“Carol had also asked the Club to suggest a name for one of the next batch of puppies due to arrive next year. Members have already suggested over 40 names for Carol to choose from.”
Recently the club also presented a cheque to Mountbatten Isle of Wight, as previously reported by Island Echo.
