Wightcare offers a range of service options to Isle of Wight residents, including:

Monitoring
Receive a community alarm and pendant to simply press when you need help. Wightcare’s response centre team will then get in touch with your emergency contact. If a Wightcare mobile responder is required, a callout charge will be applied.

Receive a community alarm and pendant to simply press when you need help as well as more technology that will trigger alarms when you may need assistance. This may include GPS locators, a falls sensor, a chair or bed occupancy sensor, a medication reminder and dispenser or many others based on an assessment of your needs. If an alarm is triggered, Wightcare’s response centre team will arrange the appropriate support, whether that is our mobile responders, emergency services or your emergency contact. Includes unlimited callouts by Wightcare mobile responders.

Supply and Installation of a Key Safe
A key safe can be included in the installation of your Wightcare equipment to provide a secure and discreet way for the Wightcare response team or your emergency contact to gain access to help you whenever it’s needed. You can also purchase one individually for just £30 including installation.
Wightcare can even create bespoke technical solutions to match your specific needs.
