There was great excitement at Cowes Primary earlier this week as Father Christmas paid a visit to the school during their fun day! The children received prizes for the best fancy dress and also for their eco-animal-friendly Christmas decorations that decorated the school’s tree and have been slowly enjoyed by birds and animals. This was the culmination of Cowes Primary’s Christmas celebrations that started with the Christmas Lunch in festive jumpers, through to the Christmas Fair where children made or baked items for sale. The school also recently hosted a carol concert with nativity at St Mary’s Church.
