Vice Captains Dorian Cobb and Vicki Guildford claimed victory in Shanklin and Sandown Golf Club’s Tetlow Salvers greensomes stableford competition last week (Sunday 17th August), finishing with an impressive 47 points.
The pair secured the silverware by edging out the mother and son team of Connie Huntington and Rodney Wilcock, who finished close behind with 45 points.
The Tetlow Salvers is a popular event on the club’s calendar, and this year’s edition delivered competitive scoring in ideal summer conditions.
Cobb and Guildford’s win adds to a strong season of results for both players.
