The Isle of Wight Photographic Society (IWPS) held their Month 3 Themed Competition on Zoom earlier this month.
All of the Images entered in the competition were judged by Brian Burden with the closely fought contest featuring a variety of different types of images.
The Society meets in person at Arreton Community Hall or via Zoom every Wednesday from September to May, whilst there is a Saturday morning Hub session, 10.00-12.00, at Quay Arts Centre in Newport on the last Saturday of the month.
Their Hub session is an informal get-together to explore editing techniques, and ask for help. The Society is currently holding its annual exhibition at Brading Roman Villa Ryde, until 21st December. On display, will be photos from the Society’s members. Come along and use the café while looking at the exhibitions.
It was top marks for Carol Walker, Tony Bennett, and Michael Wort, whilst Les Cutbush and Terry Harlow scored 19 out of 20.
