VIDEO: The Isle of Wight is set to experience a fairly wet and windy Christmas, according to the Isle of Wight Meteorological Service.
As the big day approaches it’s bad news for many with no signs of a white Christmas this year.
Tomorrow (Thursday) will see the light winds remain before a breeze picks up throughout Friday and into Saturday.
Things will take a turn for the worse on Christmas Eve as a low pressure system moves in and winds increase.
You’ll need your brolly on Christmas Day with a fair amount of wind and rainfall expected, with possibly thundery conditions at times. Temperatures will remain mild at 10-12c.
Stormy winds could develop on Boxing Day with unpleasant weather continuing right through to the New Year.
