UPDATED: Emergency services are responding to a road traffic incident on Smallbrook Lane in Ryde this afternoon (Friday) in which a car has come to rest on its roof.
A Skoda Yeti has rolled and landed upside down on the grass verge on Smallbrook Lane between Ashey Road and Great Preston Road.
No one is believed to have been seriously injured,however paramedics and Police have been called to the incident.
The road remains open but some delays are to be expected.
UPDATE – The vehicle has now been recovered and the incident cleared.
The driver is said to have escaped any injury.
