CAR OWNER SEEKS PERPETRATOR OF VEHICLE DAMAGE IN BEMBRIDGE


An Isle of Wight woman is appealing for information to help identify the person who caused significant damage to her car whilst parked in Bembridge yesterday (Friday).

Michelle Simpson’s Mini One was parked up safely on Foreland Road on Friday lunchtime, but when Michelle returned she discovered the vehicle’s front bumper to be hanging off.

As well as damage to the bumper, the front nearside wing was damaged in the apparent vehicle-related incident. It’s thought a unknown car collided with the Mini.

The collision is thought to have occurred between midday and 12:45.

Anyone with any information relating to the incident should contact Hampshire Constabulary on 101, quoting 19010400346. Information can be given anonymously by phoning the independent Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
