UPDATED: Police and paramedics are attending a 2-vehicle smash at Yaverland near Sandown this morning (Sunday).
A Peugeot and a Ford Transit have collided on Yaverland Road at the junction of Sandown Bay Holiday Centre. The collision occurred at just before 09:50.
Significant damage has been sustained to both vehicles, but no one is thought to have been seriously injured.
The road remains open under Police direction.
UPDATE @ 13:15 – 2 woman has been treated for minor injuries following this morning’s road traffic collision.
The badly damaged cars have now been removed from the scene.
